Don’t Worry, Be Happy (DWBH)

Making a conscious effort to be happy can make life a smoother ride. The simple truth is, we can very often become our own worst enemies when it comes to being content and satisfied with what we have, who we are, and where we're going. But reminding ourselves to remain positive and not worry too much is key. It is helpful to focus on each day as an opportunity to make a good impression on someone else or yourself by finding something - big or small - to appreciate about the world around us. From little acts of kindness to simply being more mindful of the blessings that come with everyday activities or interactions, cultivating pleasure can be easier than you think. Don't worry… be happy!

The handwriting in each geometric letter is made up of words by prominent and notable figures of the ages. Of course, I’ve hidden some secret messages of my own in there, too.
