Happiness Depends Upon Ourselves (HDUO)

While the world can be full of hardships, ultimately each and every one of us has the responsibility for creating our own happiness. Through selecting our focus, adjusting our attitude, and developing good habits, it is entirely possible to find contentment and joy in life. This great truth has been echoed throughout centuries by philosophers and spiritual teachers alike who have encouraged people to take charge of their own fate. It may not always be easy, but with dedication it is possible to create an existence rich with inner peace and satisfaction regardless of what challenges come along the way. After all, when we decide to pursue meaningful goals that make a positive difference in our lives and in the lives of those around us, that is when happiness is truly found.

The handwriting in each geometric letter is made up of words by prominent and notable figures of the ages. Of course, I’ve hidden some secret messages of my own in there, too.
